Do not place a second order on the same link while an order is still in progress. This can cause tracking errors and may affect refund eligibility.

Profiles, pages, posts, and links must be public before an order is placed. Private or restricted links may be marked complete without successful delivery.

If part of an order is cancelled or not delivered, the undelivered portion may be refunded proportionally to your wallet.

Wait for an order to complete before placing another order on the same link, profile, or post.

Follower, like, view, and engagement retention is not guaranteed. Counts may drop when social platforms update or remove accounts.

MightySMSVerify is not responsible for bans, restrictions, content removal, or platform actions caused by third-party social media policies.

Once an OTP or verification code is successfully delivered, the transaction is complete and no refund is issued for that number.
